After much consideration and stress and worry, I have
come to one conclusion - I need a bailout. I have watched
Washington bailout out Wall Street all year. I have watched
Congress bailout Freddie and Fannie. I have watched foreign
investors bailout huge conglomerate banks. But has anyone
come to bailout Noah? No.
Unfortunately, I have no
rich friends or family to bail me out of my financial woes. My
own personal resources will only go so far and have already been
strained enough to force me into foreclosure. While I am still
working a full-time job and working on other avenues such as
this website, I have decided that I must humbly request
assistance from other sources; and those other sources would be
all of my readers on the Internet (that would be you).
The bailout that I need
is to cover any deficiencies arising from the three foreclosed
properties that I am losing plus any legal fees and taxes. This
could amount to a pretty large sum. I am expecting a six digit
figure although the properties have not yet sold, but will over
the next few months.
Please consider this
carefully; and send a little bit of bailout my way. Once I am
able to cover my financial shortcomings, any excess
contributions will be redirected to a financial assistance fund
to help other people with their financial problems. Also, the
names and email addresses of any contributors will be recorded.
I will be sure to send you a thank you note via email
personally, and I will place your name at the top of the
financial assistance list should you ever need to apply for help
here on this website.
It is a sad thing to have
to ask strangers for money, but I have gotten far past sad.
Bankruptcy is an awful thing, and I hope dearly to avoid it; but
I realize now that I have got to take this extra step and ask
for help from all of you.
I will update this post
periodically with figures as far as contributions and what the
money is used for. Currently, I only have a $11,000 claim
against me from Small Claims Court. Of course, the real estate
properties have not yet been sold by the banks. Those will be
the big numbers.
Email me any questions.
Email me any comments. Well wishes are welcome also. Thank you.
