Wells Fargo has rescheduled my foreclosure sale date yet again. This makes about five times now. I am not sure why they rescheduled this latest sale date. It was set for June 12th. The new sale date is set for June 30th. After our last call, I thought they would quickly close the foreclosure and take back the house; but I suppose not. Perhaps they were giving me the rest of June to see if I can find another job and start making the payments (I was laid off from work in the middle of May). If that is the reason, that would be considerate of them; but not nearly enough time to get a job and get a paycheck and pay the mortgage back payments. Something else must be guiding their scheduling changes. Whatever it is, it is not helping me. It is just another month that I have to pay condo fees and utility bills on the property - even though I know I will not be there much longer.

Hopefully, June 30th will indeed be the last foreclosure sale date that Wells Fargo sets on this property. Then, they can take back the property; and we both can move on with our lives... or lawsuits. I'll keep you posted.
