ShortOnChange.com has been up since 2008. The site has
not changed a lot and maintenance has gotten harder and harder.
Over the next few weeks, I am going to make a concerted effort
to redo the whole site - layout, color scheme, content -
everything. Check back in a bit to see what I come up with.
On the financial side, my
new business is going well. I am making money although it is all
contractual work from short-term contracts so I am always
looking for the next deal. I have one condo left that will go
back in foreclosure at some point (although a year has gone by
and the foreclosure process has not proceeded and my lawyer says
the foreclosure proceedings had a one-year limit - I will update
you shortly on this).
In the meantime, keep me
on your list of favorites and check back when the new site is
