Good morning, Mr. xxxxx.
I left a package for you at the
front desk yesterday afternoon.
The primary lender on 510 has
officially filed foreclosure. Please file the necessary
forms to reply for this property. Again, I will not
contest the foreclosure. The property is vacant, but I
am maintaining the water and electricity and lawn
maintenance until the property officially leaves my
name.
You have filed forms for me
on 3C earlier. I received notice of that.
Have you filed forms for 14AD
as well? That notice was with the same notice paperwork
as 3C but I have not received any confirmation for 14AD.
For the second mortgage on 510 and
the line of equity on 3C, these will be filing suits
against me shortly if not already. What should I expect
from these? Will they be able to seize my checking
account, savings account and stock holdings?
When should I expect wages to be
garnished and how is that calculated?
You and I have talked about
bankruptcy in the past but decided that we would wait
until at most the end of the year to decide. We had
discussed that I would have to file Chapter 13 since I
made too much money. With all of these lawsuits and
possible garnishments, should I look at quitting my job
and file chapter 7 bankruptcy? Chapter 13 was very
unappealing in having to setup a payment plan for seven
years on property that went back to the banks anyway.
Thanks for helping on all of these
issues.
Noah
